The idea behind this beer to is brew a farmhouse style Saison but using sourdough starter instead of another form of saison or ale yeast. I have been an avid bread baker for a number of years now and have a fairly strong starter. I have the starter being fed on pre boil wort for some time now to become accustomed to very high sugar content.
