Notes
Mash the grains at 154°F (68°C) for 40 minutes, . Vorlauf for 20 minutes, then run off into the kettle. Sparge.
Boil for 60 minutes, following the hops schedule. Cool the wort to 160°F (70°C), add the hop-stand hops, and let stand for 60 minutes.
After the hop stand, chill the wort to slightly below fermentation temperature, about 66°F (19°C), aerate the wort, and pitch the yeast. Ferment at 69°F (21°C).
