  • As fermentation slows, add dry hops and raise temp slowly to 70°F to encourage full, clean attenuation

  • Dry hop during active fermentation (2 days in) and leave in fermentors for duration (approx 5 total days) | Split dry hop addition evenly between the two fermentors
