Notes

Medusa hops 3.8 AA in place of Glacier, not listed. Have a one pound bag to use up. Frozen since 2016.
2 packs Safale K-97 in 5 gallons, 2 packs Safale US-05 in 5 gallons.

Very smooth and drinkable. Not bitter but good hop flavor, this is exactly what I was shooting for! New table beer for the house.

Dry hopped 2 ozs Medusa in one 5 gallon for 4 days. Of course a lot more hop flavor.
