Also 1 pound cooked crisp bacon crumbled then soaked in 180 proof all grain alcohol, use about a 1 cups of alcohol. freeze for about a day till fat hardens on top and filter the fat off pour alcohol in secondary and let sit for the last 7 days with no fat in. use maple syrup as primer before bottling
