Notes

first time using moteuka. thinking a mexican style ale to utilize lime characteristics of the moteuka

It was really good. Nice light and crisp; can do without the citra as I think the motekua will stand up well on its own.

The ale itself is solid. it finished out @.107. Very crisp for an ale. It is not hoppy at all on the front, the flavor addition can be found and the finish is too muchI think I'll eliminate the citra whirlpool As I have the same recipe on lager yeast that is superb. That one is like Tecate with a lime, wich is what I was goin for.
