All the grains were AUSTRALIAN grains and not NZ or UK. I didn't have profiles for these so I picked similar off the list.

This is a great Pale/Golden Ale hybrid which is a little malt forward with just a hint of stone fruit. Very refreshing with just a rather commercial level of bittering.
