Notes

Pitch at 65F

Add first round of dry hops to FV prior to inoculation. Hops will be in fermenter before wort hits it. DH @ 3.125 lbs/bbl.

Ferment at 68F
Crash to 62F after diacetyl rest; discard yeast after 48 hours

Day Five - Remove dry hops

Hops used in hotside:
Mosaic: .5-.9% of total oil content (.8-3 ppm) is geraniol
Citra: .3-.5% of total oil content (1.5-3 ppm) is geraniol
Simcoe: .8-1.2% of total oil content (.8-3.2 ppm) is geraniol
