Notes

Very nice malt profile overall, but it might be better with a little bit less Crystal malt. Next time I will probably try 1 lb Crystal 120, and an extra pound of Munich or Maris Otter.

The floral/earthy notes from the hops are very pleasant, but subtle. It does not distract from the malt. For next time, I would consider slightly increasing the IBU by shifting a very small amount of the late addition hops to 60 minutes instead.

Served best with low-moderate carbonation.
