Hey, When you say "Norther Brewer" for your hops, which hops did you use? I would like to try to make this recipe.

Sorry for the late reply, I used this hop from my local homebrew shop:
http://www.doyourbrew.com/Beer...Just a couple comments on this brew. It turned out very good, easily my best brew yet. However, it was very coffee-bitter forward for the first month or two. After that, it mellowed out to a very nice coffee porter. I will say that the vanilla wasn't as prevalent as I had hoped it to be, so the next time I brew this, I will probably use another vanilla bean or two. Also, the way I added the coffee to the beer was by adding the 8oz of coffee to a sanitized glass Tupperware with 1 Liter of water and let it sit in my fridge for 24 hours. Then filtered it out through a coffee filter and then straight into my secondary.I hope you enjoy!
