OG skulle vara på 52 men blev för högt. tillsatte 5 liter vatten. OG gick ner till 54.

Resultat:
fat och flaska mycket lättdrucket, för lite beska. recept indikera 20 IBU. Testar att höja till 30 IBU

Bryggning 2, 6 juli.
Ökade IBU enligt ovan (runt 30)
Kokade ur för mycket. Blev 22 liter i tunnan när jag hällde i allt. og på 57 och IBU på 37. Slår i 3 liter vatten för att få ner OG till 53.
