Notes

Misjudged water, Got reaaaaly good conversion after 30, double crush on .025. Ended up with more wort, had to leave some behind!
Short and shoddy. Used 5ml acid, wasn't enough, probably 8 next time. Adjust brunwater a bit. Mash PH wast 5.5 ; Wort was 5.8? Strange shouldnt go up, look into that.
