Notes

Well because this beer was to have a Harry Potter theme it had to be dark and strong with a final gravity of 9 3/4 of course!
All ingredients had to match the plan and according to the above it ticks all the boxes. We have to wait and see if it tastes good... time will tell. All I need is a bit of magic.
