Notes

This is an update to ET#1 based on experience of the first brew. There may not have been enough hops first time round so have added some more. First batch was short on volume but spot on with SG prior to boil (1.034). Post boil was 1.045 for some reason? This may be down to estimated boil losses being wrong?

Note Yeast amount - more than 1 packet!!!!
