Tom's recipe says pre boil gravity 1.037 and post boil gravity 1.042
He used US05 yeast and Maris Otter vs 2-row
Dry hop after fermentation is complete.
Crash Chill and keg.

Wow, was really hesitant to brew a coconut anything, but this was gone quick. Everyone like it including my biggest critic (wife)!! Will be brewing this again very soon.
