80g Gypsum
45g Calcium Chloride

50ml Lactic Acid (I'm gonna let you guess this one in. There is a little bit less Gypsum so you will need a little bit more - maybe only 5ml or so - lactic than you think. 50ml should be close.

Notes

Pitch Conan yeast. Keep in mind that this is a low-grav beer so we will need probably 50% less than normal.

The 153F mash temp is not a typo. I'm wanting some body so make sure to shoot fairly high with the strike water.

Finally, I am expecting to hit 1.048 or lower with the OG. We've had lower efficiency lately so I'm shooting a little high intentionally.
