  • I've made this in the past with Citra + Nelson. Trying out HBlanc since Nelson is worth its weight in gold-pressed latinum these days.

    Hop amounts kicked up for DIPA:
  • boil hops: 7g/L (5 in my regular IPA)
  • dry hops: 15g/L (10 in reg. IPA)
