Target Water Profile
Fort Collins, CO, USA 2008
Notes
Ferment
-3 gallons fermented with US 05 (1 packet)
-3 gallons fermented with Conan
-1 gallon fermented with Imperial Rustic
-1 gallon fermented with a mix of Saison yeasts including Imperial Rustic, my ECY Strawberry yeast (09, I think), and my blend of Wyeast 3711 and White Labs 568 (The Dupont blend). This MAY get ECY Dirty Dozen in it too!.
Notes
- Maybe Break up the Bittering charge with part being a First Wort Hop. YEAH!
- Maybe an ounce of Columbus (at 10 minutes) to break up the fruit fest a little.
- Hops will be added twice, once toward the end of fermentation (#biotransformations), and again at the end of fermentation (normal dry hop). This hopping regiment will only occur for the non-saison yeasts. I suppose the saison one will get Hallertau Blanc or something fun like that.
