Notes

I have not made this recipe yet. attempting first time using recipe cited but making brew in a bag. going to start with 33.8 ltrs water to 71 c so it drops to 65 with grains. using a single kettle to steep grains at 71 for 60 min. i have a pump with a sparge arm to recirculate the wort as i might have to flame on to maintain 71c throughout and will stir occasionally.
