Notes

One hell of a beer for the Business end of Spring... smoke flavor is quite pronounced right after secondary, but mellows right out after a week in the keg or bottle. A whisper of honey on the tongue, but finishes strong, smoky, and dry. Enchanting ruby red color against a light, but appears almost dark purple in your hand.
