Notes

Hacer el Mash a los 71ºC con 14L.
Cocinar por 40 min a 65ºC.
Subir a 75ºC y agregar el restante de agua (14L).
Subir temperatura a 100ºC y agregar los Lúpulos.

Fermentar por 10 días. Calcular la densidad.
Trasvasar el fermentador.
Madurar por 7 días a 6ºC, agregar el dry hopping, y al faltar 2 días para terminar la maduración, sacar el filtrante del dry hopping. Dejar reposar los 2 días restantes para el aroma.
Embotellar.
