Notes

This is a variation of Sneezy Rat. Many thanks to its creator (which I cannot find).
I tried making "Sneezy" a few times without getting the bitterness I expected. But, this current recipe seems to work really well.

I also added 200 grams (7.0 ounces) of Dextrose to the primary after boil. And, 6.1 ounces of Dextrose in the bottling pale and extended the dry hoping time to 9 days.
