Yeast Starter Needed = 3.5 L for 2 Vials

Toast Oats in Oven till toasted not burnt 1-2 days before, add to mash.

Soak Vanilla and Spices in bourbon, dump into keg after straining out the vanilla beans.
Make Turbinado Sugar syrup with 1 cup water or so - add to secondary.
