Brix FG 4.8 at dryhop on 31.8.17 and same again at kegging
ABV 4.6%
2.8.17: Begin crash cool
7.8.17 Keg at 44psi overnight. 2 full kegs.
Kettle pH was 4 points high. Not enough correction for volume - no biggy. Mash pH on target. Mash temp was too low at 62 - unable to adjust as tun was full and could not recirc under heat.
