Notes

Idea is to get the Coffee flavor from brown malt. Have got good amount of coffee from it in past. Added bit of chocolate malt to just get a hint. I think chocolate does work well with coffee.. Hmm, we'll see.

Bottled - 10.5 Liters

Initial impression - Chocolate aroma, coffee flavor upfront with hints of chocolate in background. Medium body. Expect this to come out tasty.

Doesn't taste as smooth as hoped for. Treat water with more CaCO3 next time (Maybe it will be smoother post carbonation)

Reduce BU:GU ratio to .551 (Target 34 IBU)
