Notes

Brewed on 12/10/11
Steep grains for 15 minutes at 160 F. Add to boiling water and sparge. Return to boil and add DME, add 1 oz Northern Brewer hops and 0.5 oz Cascade hops. Boil for 30 minutes. Add 6.6 lbs LME, add 0.5 oz Cascade, add Irish Moss and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and chill in the snow outside.
