Brewed on 6/16/12
Mash grains for 30 minutes at 165 F. Add Cascade hops and boil for 30 minutes. Add 2 lbs DME, 0.5 oz Willamette hops, and Irish Moss. Boil for 15 minutes. Add 3.3 lbs LME, add 0,5 oz Willamette and boil for 5 minutes. Cool in ice water bath.
