Notes

cal strain took beer to 3 plato =1.012 SG, perfect fermentation! comming in at a nice 5.66% alcohol with 76% attenuation.

english ale went to 4.2 plato = ~1.016, great fermentation as well! A slightly less attenuative yeast comming in at a cool 5.25% alcohol 70% attenuation

Added hops 6 min into a 10 min whirlpool. did not laughter slow enough, and i collected 30L of 1.04 wort, i wanted to boil it down to 1.060 in 20 L but i left the lid on for 30 min while i went to walk muppet and jacked that idea up. anyway , i hope it is not watery.

kegged red ale # 2 on 12/11/16 and FG is 3.3 P, better attenuation than expected, final ABV is 5.49
