Notes
Goals: Make a drinkable, ~5% abv super hoppy APA with mosaic. Goals are hazy, fluffy neapa with tropical/stone fruit nose, minimally bitter, and some malty character with fluffy head.

Temp/length of whirlpool hopping
Different grain adjuncts- buiscuity/malty as higher percentage
Oats percentage
Timing of dry hopping
Yeast- would like to try imperial...will have to order in advance.
Split half Citrus (72 f to avoid fusel) and Barbarian (74 F to avoid fusel)
