Notes
Chile peppers chopped up small and boiled 5 minutes in ~3 oz water, then added to the boil with 5 minutes left (seeds and water included); wort sits 10 minutes after flame-out before cooling, peppers and hops are filtered out after cooling when wort put into fermenter.
Attenuation of 83% is based on actual result at secondary racking. Peppers added then similarly to that on brew day; put into sock with dry hops.
