Notes

First runnings of the wheat and barley mash will be taken off for the Darkwheat Barleywine, immediately before the adjuncts are added. Cereal Mash for the adjuncts will be with 1 lb pilsner. Mash in at 155 and hold for 10 minutes, then bring to boil and simmer for 45 mins on stove. Then add to mash after first runnings taken for Darkwheat Barleywine.
