Notes

Slightly darker than color prediction, not much.
Green tasting - 2 weeks - malty, sweet; chocolate; clean, but with residual; great hops - herbal, earthy, decent bitter; yeast is clean, but present with slight fruit (pitched @ 72 and kept room temp for early fermentation...probably in the mid 70s for at least the first 24-48)

3 weeks - very nice. Dry, roasty finish. Perfect hops- right bitter with spice/floral/fruit that goes with the yeast - definitely fruit from the yeast. Slight "ash-tray" porter/stout quality. Seems a little British.
