Notes

Make 1.5L yeast starter at least 48 hrs prior to brew day.

Taste: Very sweet (but may be because final gravity was not reached).

Color: Color is great and clear.

Smell: Very floral smell. Strong cascade hops aroma.

Things to Change: Decrease carbonation slightly (changed in recipe already). Possibly reduce amount of hops (dry hop less?)

Thinking about making this again soon. The original batch was slightly sweet and over carbonate (my fault). A lot of my friends loved the brew, but I am always looking for input and advise
