Target Water Profile
Light colored and hoppy
Notes
Made 1L starter with ~300ml of slurry from 2nd Gen US-05 and pitched at high krausen. Guessing close to 500B active cells pitched. Use Rahr Pale Ale malt.
Tasting Notes from friends:
"Classic spicy and bready notes and mouthfeel with enough residual sweetness to balance the hop charge."
"A well-balanced, copper colored American style IPA bursting with hop flavor and aroma."
“A hipster-ass hipster beer for hipsters.”
