Split Batch:
Bigger 5 gal batch gets 1L stater, splashing for O2, closed fermentation, and start ferm at 66 and let free rise to 72. More Clove?
Smaller 3 gal batch gets no starter, good O2, semi-open fermentation until krausen falls then rack to closed fermentor, and same temp schedule. Banana Bomb?
