Tapped this one in champagne bottles since there might have been some wild yeast with the uncooked lingonberry. The efficiency was pretty low, so came out with an OG on the 40's. The beer has a very mild taste, with a hint of lingonberryas refreshment. No exceptional beer, but a bit curious. Has a sour tint to it, and I am keeping a efw bottles for tasting in a years time.
