The Beer came out better than expected. I forgot to enter all the logs but we were very pleased with it. Came out about 8% ABV, balanced flavor, and not too sweet or "spicy." We roasted the pumpkin in the oven for approximately 30 minutes before putting it in the boil. The pumpkin flavor was mild and blended nicely with all the spices we put in. This will become a fall tradition for us!
