Notes

1 hour simple infusion 4 gallons added @179 -from 158 to 156 in first half hour then dropped to 152-148 in second half. Fermentation at 68 degrees. Wort drained very slowly into fermentor due to hop trub blocking the microscreen. so No need to manually oxygenate.
dry hop residue stayed in suspension and still hasn't cleared up after3 months.
