Notes

I hit 154 on the nose even though I had wanted to get up to 155. I topped off with a liter and a half of water but didn't seem to want to raise the temp much so I settled for 154. Because I was at about 1.010 in the last running of the sparge I topped off with 1 gal of regular water instead of sparging more.
