Notes
I've deliberately made this a little sweet, the reason, carbonation bite will ruin this beer after sitting a while in my keg and plus this is for the person that keeps saying my beers aren't sweet enough lol
so adjust this to your needs with a lower mash and 2row if needed
because this will end up a pretty clear beer I'm using 2 gallons of distilled water mixed with my filtered tap water this round
use O5 yeast for a cleaner taste, this abbaye yeast at 54 puts off a sweet flavor
I use the abby yeast not for flavor at all, fermenting with this at 54F will make the cleanest high flocculating yeast Ive used
