Hell there,
I was wondering how to "dry hop" with the fresh lemon thyme? Would you need to give it a quick boil (but I guess you'd lose a lot of the flavor in the process), or do you just chuck it in the bucket? I've got fresh lemon thyme still attached to the plant, and my instinct tells me that putting it in like this without some form of prior desinfection is a recipe for disaster...
