Notes

Bacon from BYO magazine Cook on parchment paper 350 degrees for at least 15 minutes unitl crispy but make sure the bacon doesn't get burned. Pat with paper towels. For 5 gallon batch cook enough to end up with 5 oz of crispy cooked bacon.
Dry hop in a mesh bag and taste daily.

May try a tincture - undecided.

Coffee 12 ounces rough crack the beans also use a mesh bag. We learned that last time.

To use fenugreek in a 5-gallon homebrew batch, consider the following recommendations:
2 tsp of crushed fenugreek seeds at 5 minutes
