Straightforward pale ale for spring. Trying out a new hop (to us). Pre-mourning the loss of Sound Brewing Supply.

Too much sparge? Gravity was quite low at end of sparge (guessing 1.035, but not solid on readings). Added 3 lbs Briess Amber DME
(PPG: 44.6 L:10 OG:11.15 PTS134 DP:0) at ~25 to end of boil.
