I let this beer ferment at ambient temps which reached the upper 70's. The FG ended up at 1.013 with a resulting ABV = 8.8% which I was fine with. Initial tasting is fruity, a bit of pear notes with a mild spiciness. No overly noticeable alcohol on the palate but def felt some warmth down my gullet as I swallowed. It was only a 4oz taster but in the morning on an empty stomach, I could def feel the boozy impact rather quickly. This one will definitely sneak up on you if you are not careful. Will be kegging out shortly and then force carbonating at 36F. Going to target around 2.9 v/v CO2 to give it a bit of a fizzy finish.
