Notes

=============================
12/17/2025

brewed last night without a hitch. came up high on gravity and watered down a bit. the wort looks pretty dark but well see.

i was taken back to see that id done 2oz cluster for 12 min. most recipes have like 1 oz cluster for 60 mins. i think the bc&b article had 1.3 oz for 15 mins so i probably rounded.

in recent times i have overhopped with noble hops which turns out herbal i was a little worried about that here but im not sure what cluster is like but it smells pretty good, kind of like cascade so hopefully it will taste good. but if too hoppy this should be adjusted going forward.
