Notes

1) Calentar 1 litro con las especias hasta casi hervir, dejar infusionar 20 minutos.
2) Disolvera miel en los otros 2 litros no más de 40 celsius.
3) Agregar jugo del limón e infusión de especias.
4) Mezclar bien y dejar que baje a 25 celsius.
5) Hidratar la levadura, agregarla al mosto con el nutrientes.
6) Ver opción para oxigenar.
7) Añadir miel una cucharada para carbonatar.
8) Dejar reposar mínimo un mes.
9) Agregar 28 gramos de miel para carbonatar.
