When performing the knockout hops, let it rest for at least 30 minutes before chilling.
For dry hopping there are 2 options:
- Throw hops in at the height of fermentation
- Complete fermentation, dump yeast, then dry hop
When considering what yeast to use here, this is ripe for experimentation. A dried kveik, vermont ipa, or another yeast would be great in this setting. Something ideally fruity.
