Alot darker than expected.

next batch- drop the spec X down to 4 and up the C40 to 6.
sub out the Midnight wheat for chocolate malt 2#s.

Really tasty, but a little on the dark side, might drop the SRM down to 11. subbing the midnight wheat for chocolate would probably work.
