Notes

When fermentation is close to complete, rack beer to a secondary on top of the blackberry purée.

To prepare the fruit, rinse thoroughly, pulse in blender for a couple moments and then gently boil the fresh blackberries for about 1-2 mins or so to break down the fruit and kill the critters.

1.25 liter starter will provide about 244 billion cells. (based on 64% viability)

This beer turned out to be fantastic! Very clean and refreshing with lot's of blackberry flavor.
