Notes
Did a cereal mash of 24 ounces rice with 5 ounces of Pilsner for 15 minutes at 160 heated up to 190 then let cool a bit before adding to mash. Had to add 2 quarts boiling water to mash to raise to 152 for 60 minute rest stirring every 15 minutes.
